People Are Talking: UMS presents The Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis at Hill Auditorium:
Another marvelous night with Wynton and the JLCO. Each musician was superb – as a soloist and as part of the orchestra. It’s wonderful to see the players enjoying the music as much as the audience, turning around to watch the soloists. Keep coming back.
People Are Talking: UMS Presents Audra McDonald at Hill Auditorium:
Audra McDonald is an amazing talent – her voice, the emotional feeling she puts into every word she sings, her vibrant personality, ………. Our community is so fortunate that UMS brings her to Ann Arbor. Janis and I were especially lucky last night to be seated behind a large group of students from the Musical Theater Department, and see their excitement throughout the evening.
